What commands are you typing? Have you tried port 8000?

Turns out I was using the wrong IP. I went to the internet browser and put it in google to get it. I put in my IP from ftBrony and it worked.

So I got this runner, but the quality is only around 30% and the fps is only around 7. I'm using the newest NTR build. Does anyone know how I can improve this?

Anybody else's 3DS won't wake up when closing it while NTRDebugger/NTRViewer is running? How do I properly turn it off so it will sleep properly?

You're not supposed to close the system while NTR is working. You have to turn the system off and turn it back on if you want to put it in sleep mode again.

yeah that's what i was doing, i was just wondering if there's a more elegant way of shutting down NTR other than powering off the entire thing.

You could use a homebrew like AlbertoSONIC's Quick Reboot.

I bought a N3DS last friday just for this feature (and ok, Hyrule edition much ?!). I've been streaming every nights ever since with a solid 33-37 FPS in A Link Between Worlds (which is the game I'm currently streaming, then gonna be Planet Robobot). I had to adjust QoS settings but overall, works great.

Then I guess you'll just have to wait for Cell9 to improve the stability of NTR; it randomly hangs for me too when I switch apps.

I'm not receiving any feedback at all from ntrclient, help? I enter my 3ds ip with connect('192.168.1.ip', 8000) but nothing happens. Nothing happens no matter what I enter, should there be errors? I have .net framework 4 installed.
