ROM Hack NTR freezes when the Y button is pressed

Hi, I just updated my NTR to 2.11. I was playing ultra moon and when I try to access the menu, the NTR menu came out instead and freezes the whole console, can anyone please advice me, I have also attached a picture just in case

X+Y is for the NTR menu, select is normally used for plugins.

Yes , but the funny thing is that it happed when I only pressed Y, when i just run the game without the NTR ,the button seem ok, only when i run NTR and it will happen
