Hacking [NTR CFW Question] How do I cheat with NTR? I saw something on a chinese website...

Hey guys,

first of all, what exactly is NTR and how do I cheat with it? I have a new3DS MH4U Edition, Sysnand: 9.2 and Gateway Emunand 9.2 with the Gateway DS Exploit and Reinand 1.2 but I'll remove Reinand for this...

So... when its all done on my n3DS, what do I exactly need for this method? I saw something on two different forums but I dont understand chinese at all...

When I saw it right, we can cheat in games like the new Fire Emblem If, Phoenix Wright etc. I wonder, if we can create cheats for our europe and american games, too...

From what I've seen, NTR based cheats are plugins. I've seen a case of them acting upon certain button input, though anything further than that I don't know.
If you want to create them, I've seen source for at least one floating around. It's actual code, though, not AR codes.
