Is there any up todate nsp or xci tools for windows? I currently have been using nsc builder but it doesnt work sometimes.

I own my own switch keys. prod,dev and title key files as well as the firmware 17.0.1 and 18.1.0. done all with lock pick rcm before i gave my switch to a family member of course I did have to rid of the cfw and stuff before handing it down.
