Hacking NSMB freeze and file corruption

Well...as you probably know, I had a dodgy G6DS Real which I got rid of and now I have another.
I (at the moment) only have NSMB on there.
Was on world 6, started up, it says "The files must be erased."
No "Yes" or "No" You just press A and it deletes.
Was annoyed of course, but then I played it throught again, jsut about to finish World 8 when I start it up one day and has the same thing. Then the same night without tuning it off I start again and it freezes whenI go down a pipe. Black screen, green light still on, soft reset doesn't work and I waited for over 2 minutes. Tried it again, and when Mario ran off the screen when I finised a level again I get the black screen and no response.
Any solutions?

Try the regular stuff. Backup your card and then reformat your card. Or try a different rom of the game.

If a G6 gives you so much problems, i would suggest to try another card? Acekard 2 is cheap and i myself have never encountered a problem with my M3 real perfect.
