Hacking NPDRM_FREE 6.1; all links dead.

I'm trying to find the PSP plugin NPDRM_FREE by quickrazor. The latest version as far as I can tell is 6.1.

All of the links I've found for this plugin are dead. I'd appreciate it if anyone could share a link to this plugin.
