Hacking Now that 4.3 is out

I have a Wii sitting around that is bannerbricked. It was already on 4.2U so I could not use SaveMiiFrii. But now that 4.3U is out, is there any way to burn the necessary files to a DVD and upgrade/restore the Wii with SaveMiiFrii? If it can be done, can anyone tell me which files are needed and if they need to be burned in any special way. Thanks in advance for any help.

i dont think you can use a burnt disk. you probably need a retail game

You can never fix a bannerbrick this way. Updating won't do any good, you'll still have the bad banner. Update won't uninstall it unless it happens to have the title ID HAXX, JODI, DISC or DVDX. Only difference otherwise is you may get Error 004 (not sure, just a guess), but still it means nothing can be done.
