Hacking Now, Is it possible to remote play to PS4 via internet? (FW 3.60 Enso)

Hi, I want to ask about remote play to PS4. I'm remote play to PS4 via internet with my laptop and everything work fine. Now, I got PSVita with FW 3.60 Enso. I want to use it to remote play via internet.

But when i open PS4link->Remote Play on my PSVita, it's show signin to PSN. i choose cancel and it go to enter number manually.

So, if i want to remote play via internet. i must sign-in to PSN after i choose remote play, or not? Is it safe to avoid update FW? or if it can remote play via internet with other method, Please suggest.
