Homebrew Now I'm confused. A9LH downgrade part.

sup guys, for the past 3 days I've been trying none stop to downgrade to 2.1.0

No luck, it always failed at NFIRM. (~15 min in)
After more than 50 attempts I decided instead of rebooting, I'll just go in system settings.

Now I see that it says Rei 2.1.0-4E?

I reboot once more going back to emunand and it's just a black screen, repeat the same process same outcome. NFIRM FAIL > Home Button > Settings > 2.1.0 > Reboot > Black screen.

So what exactly am I experiencing here?

Yes I am aware, but in this case I'm wondering is it because of the firmware being broken or because it just can't run either way

Yes, Emunand...if I had tried to downgrade anything else for 50 times I would've been fucked since the first try

what made you tohught that? even plailect guide suggest aureinand. aureinand works just fine with menuhax

Right, you would. And you're following Plailect's guide I assume? I also noticed you're using Rei EmuNAND, which the guide doesn't use, and I don't know if it matters. All the necessary steps before downgrading to 2.1 is injecting FBI to Health & Safety and then formatting twice before installing PlaiSysUpdater. All on EmuNAND. Your EmuNAND WILL brick then, it's supposed to happen. You're sure you did this 100%?

Set up CakesFW according to the guide and use it for the 2.1 downgrade. You can change back to Rei/AuRei when you're done with OTP.

After a couple attempts I got AuRei to boot, Now I'm gonna test it out

It's probably your CFW blocking FIRM installs, that's why I suggested setting up Cakes (it has FIRM install blocking as an option but the guide instructs you to leave it disabled)
