Hacking Now hard drive is not detected after using ModMii

Hadnt updated for a while or played any new games in the last 4 months or so and have been running all my games perfectly from my WBFS formatted drive.
Used ModMii to update & selected to update from scratch to be on the safe side.

Now no USB loader sees my HDD.

Installed cIOS 20

Still no USB loaders see my HDD. So... What am I doing wrong?

I am using the bottom port, as I have always done.

Same thing happened to me, changed to cios rev 19 and all is good again.

I have had to drop back to Cios rev 17

What am I missing out on?

I am having a harddrive detection problem too after installing cIOS249-IOS36-rev07.wad

my wbfs is fine in windows... Please help!

i dont think rev 7 has usb support, thats way to old

Same here, I´m experiencing lot of problems detecting my HDD USB... and i´ve got 2 of them with same result. They will work flawless in Windows/Linux so it´s not them.

But, it takes me like 6 retries in USB CFG loader / Wiiflow in order to detect my HDD.

The most weird part is, it begun just from one day to another I didn´t install anything, neither played in like, 1 week?

I use FAT32 partition. Pheraps switching to NTFS and CFG USB Loader will fix this?

I have had this happen too, also sometimes the menu goes all wacky with no control.

Dont switch to NTFS, you may regret that.

Have you tried a Y cable for the USB Drive, if its a self powered USB HDD, maybe you are using a 'single' cable, and the HDD is drawing too much power from the Wii.
