NotCPUCores - Maybe a little help for not so powered PCs for gaming.

    Hello.:)

    It maybe helps to get a "little more pure" CPU Power for Games on not so called "Gaming" PCs.
    As you maybe know,Windows is not known as "fair ressource distributor".
    This tool MAYBE can help you to use the cores optimally for games.

    You can tell the game how many CPU Cores it REALLY have to use and the priority.NOTE: It is NOT recommended to use REALTIME.
    And a little (beta) bonus:
    If you are a STEAM User,you can assign it directly to your Game(s) in your Game Library and start this game instantly.
