I think banned members should be removed from the notable members list. Having them remain seems pointless.

It isn't really pointless, it's still a person you'd want to beat if you want to get higher on the leaderboard

A ban could perhaps give the user negative XP, why not, then you could go through the bottom of the list and they'd still be ordered.
