So I was using that rgb program on my 3ds, and I turned the 3ds off, but when I turned it back on, It was still displaying the colors. I'm pretty sure this isn't significant, but I thought it was interesting that the light came on again. the strange(er) part was, It turned on the second I pressed the power. zero time for a boot up.
