Homebrew Not able to use Homebrew after new system update (11.10.0-43)

I homebrewed my 3DS via Steel Driver: Sub Wars and whenever I click on "Launch Software" after the new system update I get an error saying "An error has occured. Please save your data in any software currently in use, then restart the system."

How can I solve this?

Will not work. Steelhax → Frogtool. Requires updated otherapp payload – with or without intention of installing CFW.
The guide points to https://smealum.github.io/3ds/#otherapp where at the moment is no updated payload for 11.10.0-43E available.

European Home Menu had some changes and a new otherapp payload is needed.
Updated payloads can be found on this site. Click on "I do not have a homebrew entry point" and download the payload for your device type (old|new)
