    Hello there fellow tempers!

I'm thinking of replacing motherboard of my junk 3ds,
but I haven't done this before so I want to check things before doing anything.

    1)

I'm going to buy a new mobo like these ones, not ones taken from another 3ds.

    http://www.eachmall.com/goods-28149-28149.html

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Nin...-Mainboard-Please-Read-/300734058654#viTabs_0

If I place this new mobo to my 3ds, will it boot normally like a brand new 3ds?

If so, what will its firmware be? I suppose it's below 9.2 in any case. Am I right?

    2) If the 3ds won't boot unless I do something related to software (like nand flashing?)

What should I do in order to make my 3ds bootable?

I have a nand dump from my other 3ds, but I don't think flashing it to the new one will work...

Sorry for my bad English and asking totally noob questions  but I have nowhere to ask

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Neither of them say that they are new.

Either way I'm sure the idea is that they will just work straight away, yes. You couldn't be sure about the firmware version unless you ask.

You mean they might have been taken from other 3dss and not "new" ones? then their firmware may vary I think

I'll ask the seller before I buy one. Thanks for the reply
