Homebrew Noob Question: How to safe HomeMenu in EmuNAND?

Hello together.

Last week I downgraded my Old 3DS to the Firmware 9.2, made a EmuNand and installed rxTools. So far so good. But I have a problem with the HomeMenu in EmuNand. Everytime when I start the EmuNand new, the Theme is gone and the installed CIA files are "unpacked" in wrapping paper.

So my question is:
How do I can save the HomeMenu with Themes and all this stuff when I turn off the 3DS?

Unlink your nands and it should work. To do so, format your sysnand without the sd card

You need to unlink yor EmuNAND and SysNAND.

I have unlinked the two nands when I installed rxTools according this tutorial. https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-installing-rxtools-custom-firmware-3ds-and-2ds.390867/
But the problem still exist.

I have the same thing with my 2DS with 10.1 emunand and rxTools 3. I don't know why but it do it like 1/5 time

Thank you guys! :-) I just format the SysNAND again without SD and this time works! :-)
