Suggestion Noob paradise for each console category

This may sound silly but there is already a noob paradise for 3ds cfw, While i know there isn't CFW for every system or maybe there is and i dunno, I still think is appropriate, as adding in the original post any Tutorial guides that has been created as well.

Well i guess, maybe a list of things allowed to be requested by moderators and stuff you don't request or will not be allowed would be okay to know. that way i don't have to wonder what is okay or bother moderators for things unless is information.
