i just bought a wii softmod with usb loader gx full channel without sd card on it, it is installed on the fd.
i just got prob my fd is not enough for my game, so i move the game to other hdd using wbfs manager, it doing fine, but when i run usb loader gx it is stuck/freeze on loading cios 249, please help me?

honestly i'm clueless what worked mean, but i try to explain the condition, the console can read those other HDD but it just freeze on loading cios 249. please help me how to setup this? thanks for ur attention

This will be a little hard.You said you did not have a SD Card for your Wii ?
Did you have an Homebrew Channel on your Wii System Menu ? Like this:



If YES,what happens when you click on that Channel ?

no i didn't, nor that HBC. My channel just showed usb loader gx, neogamma and other system channels i think, but i found HBC in setting - data management - channel, when i click it, it goes blank.

Resoftmod your wii using ModMii as if it was a virgin console. It will overwrite old mods and get you started. Come back and ask questions if necessary as you go through the process.

How much sd card memory does the wii support, my wii is low on memory and is asking me to free up space. I never used sneek before and I want to know if I’m able to transfer everything from my system memory to sneek. I believe sneek is a separate system memory if I seen correctly, I should still have a lot memory on my hard drive, so if I could use that instead I could try setting that up.

If you want the EmuNAND to be on your USB, use UNEEK. But anyways, 4.0+ the Wii supports SDHC cards along with 2GB and below SD cards, pretty sure there isn't much of a limit, maybe 32GB but INS.

A Solution:

Please Softmod the Wii with ModMii and install Priiloader.
In PRILOADER enable the Option "Remove NoCopy Save File Protection".
Now you can move/copy the Save to the to SD Card.

Hello again,you probably don't remember me but,i'm the guy who asked how i could install photo channel and it failed,i have figured out that probably the only way is to downgrade my wii. can anybody help with this? i'm on 4.3.

You can use ModMii for this Step.

You can use the Option with Region Change or if your Wii is not softmodded
please use the Wizard and tell ModMii your desired System Menu Version (I think it will be 4.1).

I have tried it for myself to see if it works.

- confirm the "Are you sure ?" Question with "Y"es
- "What Region you want" please choose the same as your Wii currently has -> U - USA
- please choose the recommended Version 4.1.
- install Themes (as you wish,I have chosen NO)
- please your Path for your SD Folder (I selected Option "D")
- ModMii suggests 11 System IOSes and a lot of Tools (important is PRIILADER !!)



- Download
- Put all your System IOSes from the generated WAD Folder (12 Files) on an Folder (like WAD or 4.1U) on your SD Card.
- Please do not forget to also copy the PRIILOADER and BootMii Folders on your SD Card:\apps
(you can also copy the ARCmod06_Offline Folder,it is for the Region Change if you like,but not necessary).

and then please download WiiMod Lite:
https://github.com/RiiConnect24/Wii-Mod-Lite/releases

and use it for install the WAD Files instead of the Multi Mod Manager.I also had Issues with Multi Mod Manager and a non successful Installation.

With WiiMod Lite it should work.



After that you should get back to the Homebrew Channel.
Please do not forget now to install instantly Priiloader !!!!

Please try

Multi Mod Manager - Manage Wii Channels - select Channel: Photo Channel 1.1 / Region: North America (U) please.
(Internet Connection required !!)
