Heres what I got, both Switch on EmuNand one SXOS one Kosmos
SXOS 9.2 - Game 1.2 - Worked without a problem -> 1.2a
Kosmos 9.2 - Game 1.2 - Not working after a lot of attempts, everytime 1.2
Unfortunately this does not work for me either. Stuck On 1.2.0, no matter how many times I add the BCAT. Tried with only the "directories" folder and copying all files from the event unlock .rar as well, but the 'a' won't show up. In Europe region.
Also tried
-Restarting switch
-resetting time to May 1st noon
Just a note to save others from the trouble. I also tried.
1) Uninstalling the game. Reinstalling it. Adding 1.2.0 update. Applying BCAT with May Day files
2) Reset Save Data from Nintendo System Settings. Starting new game until first save is possible. Applying BCAT with May Day files.
Some additional information for those who try to understand the problem about May Event "inject" :
I have a EU Switch with SX OS 2.9.5, and Firmware 9.2.0 in EmuNAND. I have also, in my sysNAND, the latest Switch Firmware (1.0.0.2) and JKSV 04.10.2020 in both. (Latest)
I have tried to inject BCAT from team EEVEE without success. (I think I am not stupid, I have already achieved the process at bunny event.)
So I have tried to boot in CFW to my sysNAND, and dump my own BCAT file. (I have a legit copy of the game with May Event working, in my 1.0.0.2 sysNAND) and put it in my CFW EmuNAND. Same issues.
In addition, i have compare the hash of the EEVEE team's files with my own dump. All files are fully identical.

I didn't find anything. All credits are for Skypirate123. I haven't tested yet at this moment. I am a little scare to disable Stealth Mode. I fear the ban hammer.

FIX found for atmosphere users (or people who use SXOS and do not want to disable stealth) who have trouble witch synchronizing the clock via internet.
Bit a background story for me is that I use the ip which blocks all communication with nintendo servers so i guess it blocked the auto sync as well. You can test this by trying to set a different date, like setting it a day forward and then turning on auto sync. If it does not change your set date then you have problems with syncing the correct time.
Solution:
I did not want to disable the custom IP so I ended up with this:
github /nedex/QuickNTP/releases
It's a Tesla overlay module which syncs the time for you. After syncing the europe server and restarting the game it works like a charm, provided you did not mess up something with the BCAT restore.
Enjoy!
Once again I fell down the martial arts rabbit hole and am plumbing the murky depths of the internet's various martial arts and fighting crafts echo chambers.
If you're not actively involved and only get up to speed every few years or so, you can see the tide of public opinion flapping worse than my dong while I'm skipping naked down a hallway.
