Hacking [Noob] 5-6 Years old DSI XL 1.4.3 and problems with the flashcart/firmware

heyy guys, I kind of need some help here.

I got this dsi around 5-6 years ago and got to fiddle around with it. A friend of mine then updated it to the 1.4.3u version.

To give you guys what my flashcart looks like it's this
