I think we can all agree identifying as transracial is racist

But like, does anyone identify as nonracial or aracial?

Would that also be problematic?

Consider people from Cyprus and Greece both identify as Greek

Despite they have very little shared DNA and people from Cyprus are more closely related to the people of the near east

The shared culture, history and language that came from the Hellenistic and Roman periods has left these two genetically distinct groups identifying the same way

So if we try to identify race through genetics it falls apart - genetically they are European (Greece) and Middle Eastern (Cyprus) but by racial categorization they are both thought of as white (which generally means European to most people)
