    Hey guys,

I have a hacked O3DSXL arm9loaderhax, and a NON-hacked O3DS XL with my NNID on it that i wanna move over to the hacked one so that i can downgrade the other without losing my downloads & NNID.

My question is can i do a system transfer from the nonhacked 3ds to the hacked one running arm9loaderhax without losing my cfw?

    theyre both on 11.X

No, there is no way. System transfers are all handled through Nintendo's servers, meaning all you can do is wait the 7 days. If I can do it, you can too.
