Homebrew None of the apps on the Homebrew Appstore are downloading??

I'll cut straight to the chase. I bought a Wii U for my younger sister who has wanted one for the longest time. Me being the tech geek I am homebrewed it. The thing is, every time I manually add an app or program thingy like ddd or Loadiine GX2 to the SD card it doesn't show up on the homebrew launcher. In the app store, I try downloading an app and it shows the line moving right but when it finishes the app isn't displayed as downloaded and when I go back to the launcher it's not there. I'm at a complete loss.

Quick thing, a lot of the people I know who just did this too are having this issue.
My SD card isn't locked but I know that isn't the issue.

So, is your Homebrew appstore up to date? If not update it.
if this doesn't work, install the applications from the source website, I can't link it so you'll have to search "Wii U Homebrew Appstore" and download your applications from there. I hope I helped you out!
