Hacking No WBFS partition?

My HDD is formatted to FAT32, and it works just fine with Configurable USB Loader. However, when attempting to use either USB Loader GX or uLoader, I get a message telling me a WBFS partition not found. I was under the impression I could use either of those loaders with a FAT32-formatted HDD.

It has to be a primary partition and i think uloader does not support it (since its pretty old). People should use modmii a little more it keeps you from trouble...
