OMFG i updated the ttdsi on my DSi 1.3U and then updated the DSi to 1.4
and IT FKNG WORKS !!!

instructions:
1.- Download This
2.- extract the 3 files in the root of the TF
3.- run the TTi14UPGRADE.nds
4.- wait the update Process (following the instructions)
5.- Turn on the DSi ( the TTDSi logo and Name changed to Star Wars Lethal Alliance in Game Start

)
6.-Update to 1.4U
and thats all
it works

Please Help!!! I hadn't been on my DSi for a while, and when I got on last week, it said I had to update. So, I updated the DSi (It updated to 1.4U), and now my DSTTi card won't work with it. It keeps saying Error, and tells me to power off.
I thought downloading the 3 files from these links to the root of my card would alleviate the problem, but still when I go to click on SD card, it says the same thing....Error, and prompts me to power off.
Can someone tell me how to fix this.

In order to upgrade the firmware on the DSTTi you need a DSlite or DSi (lower than 1.4U, 1.4E, etc). Follow the guide and it works perfectly.

Hey everyone,

I bought my DSTTi with the "fix" already on it

So when I popped it in the DSi it said it was Star Wars. My only problem is that the menu won't load! It says Loading then flips to a blank/white screen. Any ideas? I've used 1.17 version f/w and I'm getting no luck...I got the DSi as a gift too

star wars is the fix for 1.4,as for the loading,try reformatting your card(backup,dun blame me)then use the unofficial firmware 1.17a07(its in the dstt forums,find it yourself)if it doesn't work,you may have gotten a faulty or clone card

EDIT: It seems as though my card is faulty or a clone as I've used the latest firmware and it's still giving me grief. I've been at this for 4 hours, this is depressing.

and i tried doing it for my friend but i had a problem so if anyones having a problem READ THIS:
YOU NEED TO USE THE OLD KERNAL FILES IN ORDER TO UPGRADE

Ok installed kernel V1.17 and the installed the Dsi V1.4 patch, can I now delete any of these patch files from the sd card now or do I need to leave them on the card.

I tried this with the card I had been using all along a 4GB and the updater just sat at "Loading". I downloaded the update rar again, same thing.

I then put it on a different card, a 1 GB, and it worked perfectly. It loads as the Star Wars game, but boots into the TTDSi menu as it did on my Lite. This is so awesome! I hadn't realized I had killed my DSTTi functionality until just today. (Shows how much I use the thing I guess.) I'm glad to be able to have access on my DSi again. Major props to the team that came up with this fix!

I tryed using the 1.17 tti kernels, but I just see the MENU??? thing

Nintendo screwed me today
the R button on my DSi was broken, so I called nintendo and they gave me an adress for a repair shop to take it to
I took it there and they said they'd fix it the next day
so I go to pick it up, AND IT'S v1.4!!!!!
THEY UPDATED MY DSi

you are stupid.search 1.17a07.go to ndstt.com and find the 2.0 fix(not the real check)thats all

@lolzed: Actually you are way wrong his DSTT is fake so he cannot update because you need to use original 1.17 to update. Don't want you to call you the same way you call him but....
