Hacking no tickets in eshop and/or unknown folders

when i change the region the tickets won't show up, did the 3DS apps work fine? (like mii maker,eshop etc. ?)

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
