Hacking No Region, broken System Menu Brick

Hi guys,

I have a weird Wii problem. I wanted to delete a forwarder channel that didn't work after an usb loader update. After I did my Wii didn't boot. It went to black screen. My remotes don't sync but I was able to get a gamecube controller. I have bootmii in boot2 and can still access homebrew channel. My syscheck shows Region unknown. With dopmii I was able to reinstall System Menu 4.1E and the matching IOS but my syscheck still shows region unknown and my wii doesn't boot. As far as I could find out my setting.txt is broken. Unfortunately I cannot dump my setting.txt with Setting Replace. The tool freezes (or waits for input) after the filesystem check. I don't really know what todo know.

Make a fresh nand with ohneswanzenneger and use restore from the bootmii menu.
Or you could reinstall all system ios using a was manager,
Use Modmii by xflak to get your files

Looking at your Dump, you could also use a PROPER softmod.
I do not see a cios based on ios56?

Use this to make a proper setting.txt for 4.2e http://www.mediafire.com/download/8bzl4s334h44jsg/SettingEdit.rar
Extract http://www.mediafire.com/download/jg6whx7gj11d0cp/CB2_BB_System-Settings-Replace_MOD.zip to sd:\
Put your setting.txt you made on sd:\
Boot the wii and use your gc controller to replace the setting.txt
