No and no. It's already hacked, Atmosphere's been running on it since day one, just not for the public yet. Answer this for yourself with three easy steps: 1. Do you need homebrew to do that? 2. Do you need a CFW for said homebrew? 2. Do you have a CFW for 7.0?
Atmosphere devs have a plan to get 7.0 cfw booting, it will take a little time to implement. If you already have your biskeys, you can take a nand dump of your 7.0 and extract the saves. You can't currently retrieve biskeys on 7.0, so if you don't have them, you'd have to back up your 7.0, downgrade, get biskeys, dump saves from 7.0 dump.
I hope TX is going to support it soon, it sucks not being able to use autorcm because it won't boot ofw.
Atmos cfw works on 7.0 but you need to bring your own keys. Atmos dev is working on a workaround expect release soon. This seems like its going to be the trend with each FW update untill a permanent method is found.
ReiNX team is working on it. It is not for public as well as atmosphere but they will release it soon.
If you have hackable switch and you are very old user then you should know that you shouldn't update when any new update comes out. Devs are not entitled to release anything very fast, you just have to be patient. Even paid CFW same thing.
