Hacking no more than 6 themes as cia

I used howling theme tool and put 16 themes on as cia and only 6 of them show up
I've tried different quantities of themes aswell

You have to uninstall previous themes. They should have the same ID as the CIA you are installing.

Could you please provide more info? Like what type of themes they were, if they actually work after installing, etc.
