Hacking No loader, cannot load ROM

Hello,

I bought the EFA-Linker 512Mb from good ole jandaman.com. I got the drivers to install easily enough but now I cannot add more than 1 rom. After trying to add a second ROM all I get is a msg that says "no loader, cannot load ROM." There are a couple of check boxes for 'Gba Loader' and 'Nds Loader' but I cannot select them.

Any ideas?
