no it does not, no$gba save files are only 17kbs while a normal rom is much bigger.

Try that, I just whipped it up. I haven't actually tried the output saves on my M3DSS, but the process consists of stripping an 81 byte header from the NO$ save and padding it to 512KB.

lol first post..i just got an R4 and im trying to use my no$gba sav file on my R4 but theyre not working..has anyone tried chuckstudios converter? does it work?
