Homebrew No$GBA Pokemon Heart Gold problems with time related events

im using no$gba to play pokemon heartgold (jpn obviously). well on a wednesday my rival should be at a certain place and he isnt there, also red doesnt re-apear on mt silver where hes supposed to be. Whats going on?? please help me

if you already vs red and beat him he wont reappear is only a one time battle.
Also your rival pops up in different place so you just have to look for him.

that sucks you only fight red once!! it should be a rematch everytime you beat the E4.
