is this possible? to have a DS emulator that runs on the GC/Wii? Granted you could only play D-pad games but I think it would be cool. Especially since I don't have a DS and don't really like playing games on such a small screen. Plus there was just the D-Pad hack for phantom hourglass. Someone should get on this! Thoughts?

It could be possible once people can run actual Wii homebrew.

I had a thought similar to that, but with the PS3 running a PSP emulator instead [IMG]

Well I figure they could possibly just make it GC homebrew like the rest of the emulators? I can't see why not. I don't have a clue as to how to go about programming such a thing though.

I seriously doubt that considering the GC can emulate the N64

For some reason, homebrew emulators tend to perform better on handhelds than consoles. Might be due to interest level though. PS2 and Dreamcast didn't get a large enough "scene" for major homebrew breakthroughs.

    Emulation performance so far?

GBA and PS1: PSP > Wii
    N64: Wii > PSP

The only reasons are the coder's competence and differences in architecture.
