You need to be more specific. Can you not open the fbi? Is it installed on the system? You can re-inject fbi via hourglass and then install the games again.

EDIT: I believe it's actually decrypt9 that you use.

Since english doesn't seem to be your strong point...

Is it possible to put all the files at the root of the sd I ask if the problem would come that it misses a file somewhere

can you take a screenshot? There also might be a log on your sd.

Also if you have a nand backup I would highly suggest that you just restore it.

That's not good. The only way to fix this is to follow this:
ALSO THIS COULD MESS UP YOUR 3ds! MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW EVERY STEP VERY CAREFULLY.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING BREAKS, FOLLOW AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Also backup your ctrnand if anything happens

Yes you goto decrypt9 and follow the steps. The first is dumping your ctrnand

For some reasons, on some 3DS, the console fail to dump and inject the Health And Safety App, this can be easily fixed by putting the "Keys" on the root of the SD, you will need preferable all of them. by keys i means the keys that decrypt9 tries to load at launch, do a google search, put them on the root of the SD and everything will be alright, this is normal on some 3ds.

    trust me, been there.

Are you sure? The screenshot shows that Decrypt9 cannot find App0 or its fragmented. You could be right though am i'm just an idiot :P

Also What are in the files9 folder? Could you take a screenshot?
