Did I miss something but there seem to be no more new e-shop releases being dumped?
Is it the lack of intrest? Or did Nintendo made it impossible? Or did eshop games just dried up?

Everyone with a CFW now has access to tools that let you create cias and install games directly from eshop for free, so why should people dump them?

For when Nintendo shuts down the eshop servers, which will probably happen either next year or in 2018.

Nintendo can't simply shut down the servers. There's agreements with the games companies that probably say it has to be in the store for X time.
And if they can keep the server up for the latest consoles, they sure also can keep it up for 3DS.

This doesn't answer the "why should people dump games?" question since even dumping the ticket only still allows anyone to get a full cia that will be usable even when Nintendo shuts servers down.
