I don't really care, hardly anything surprises me nowadays in this market. Now that 3D is there, motion control is there, etc, it seems like any drastic "surprise" is just beyond silly. All I care about is if it has a good library of games and if it can play them decently.

I'd like to point out that surprises can also be a bad thing, personally what ever console "they" make it has to fit in their 3 guidelines, be cheaper than the compt., innovate and fun.

Now this might sound a bit of a request to Nin. but I've been dying to see a pyramid-shape console, it would make my day

Just cause other consoles are repeated (Playstaion 1,2,3...)
Doesn't meen nintendo does it...

So you're saying the Wii 2 is gonna be cool because Nintendo rebranded? Okay. And seeing how poorly the Gamecube did in its generation I don't think they'll be bringing that title back. Odds are it'll be some elaboration on Wii since Wii is now the popular thing.

They skipped Wii 2, and went straight to Wii 3. It was just too awesome to call it the Wii 2.

why everyone says "Wii 2"??
nintendo never did that... there is no NES2, there is no SNES2, N64 2, Gamecube 2.
They (almost) always came up with something new.

Besides that... the only thing that interest me are the games... I could enjoy playing a 8bit Zelda game the same way that I enjoy playing a full 3D game.

The name of the console should be: Super Nintendo Wii 64

It'd be nice to see virtual reality. If Nintendo could pull that off, we might actually get a decent library of games. The Wii was too family oriented for me, I'd like to see something for the more hardcore gamers.. Imagine Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 in VR.. That'd be great. Honestly though, if they make a more powerful system with better controls (The Wii's motion controls weren't very good), I'd be happy. If they make VR, it'd be amazing.

I think we are getting a bit ahead of ourselves wth all the VR talk though.. If we get our expectations too high no matter what they give us it'll disappoint us.

Virtual reality would be sweet, and seems very likely, considering everything that has already been made. If Nintendo can pull this off nicely, I suppose Sony and Microsoft can just say farewell to their gaming departments. Totally serious.
