Hacking Nintendont Settings Problem

Nintendont is not saving the settings I selected in it. Anyone else experience this and or know a fix for it?

An awful lot of people are getting this problem since v1.141, myself included. I assumed it was a problem with USB Loader GX, but I guess it's actually a problem with Nintendont?

Maybe deleting any existing config files will help.
