That is probably far less likely to be possible, but I wouldn't oppose such implementation if it could happen either. Still only one Gamepad can connect to the Wii U as things stand (though it was supposedly going to be capable of connecting to a second game pad), so for games like 4 Swords Adventures and Crystal Chronicles, getting DS/3DS connectivity would be ideal to get the multiplayer experience operational on a Wii U. And that would almost certainly require another CPU core.

You also have to keep in mind, Nintendont is running from the vWii side of the Wii U, it is for all intents and purposes Wii homebrew that runs on Wii U as well. And while sure, we've been able to mirror the main screen and use the Gamepad as if it's recognized as a Wii Pro controller or Gamecube controller, no Wii homebrew has been able to send a separate display to the Gamepad, and I really doubt that it even possibly can be done.
Even if you somehow navigate the impossibility of getting a Wii - even a virtual one - to draw two screens, you would still need to emulate a GBA on the Wii U at the same time as maintaining Wii backwards compatibility.

The idea of letting a DS family system emulate a GBA linkup is at least theoretically feasible though - but keep in mind that Nintendont doesn't actually support GBA linkups at all right now - you need to enable Native Controls, which passes the Wii's GCN ports to Nintendo's official driver code.

I think that Being able to Wirelessly link Nintendont to GBArunner2 would be a good feature but it should be Implemented as an experimental setting. I am NOT, nor am I ever saying that Nintendont should be able to emulate GBA games, being able to have Games like "The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures" and "Animal Crossing" be able to access GBA functionality without the Need for gamecube ports would be very helpful and allow people to access the GBA features of these games even If they are playing on a Wii U or Wii Family Edition. Anything Beyond that like GBA games on gamepad or a built in emulator doesn't make any sense from a technical or functional standpoint when things like mGBA and VBA next exist on the Wii/vWii (They're not the same thing, connectivity support for those will need to be implemented separately).

I can't imagine the Wii or vWii would be able to handle outputting both a Gamecube game and a GBA at the same time anyway. The only way this feasibly works is as the OP explained.

I think that idea came from someone who hasn't yet grasped the concept that the Wii U gamepad isn't actually a smart device, it's just a Wifi direct Game controller with a built in Monitor. It's like saying that when I'm playing PS2 My Sony Trinitron is actually running the games just becuase they're displayed on screen.

Indeed, at the end of the day, the Wii U is really just an HD console version of a DS where the screens have been physically separated. And even though that is the case, when it enters it's virtual Wii mode, it's output is decreased to just that of what a Wii can output: 1 screen, granted the Wii U can mirror that screen, but it can not display 2 different things in the vWii, much again in the same way of when a DS enters its GBA mode, it's output is decreased to just that of what a GBA can output: 1 screen.

Exactly, Not to mention that in that state it has the same processing power as the Wii, I'm definitely confident enough to say that The Wii isn't powerful enough to Run GBA emulation Side by side with Gamecube Games + Nintendont's background processes. It may be possible on dolphin emulator, but really That should be in a new thread. since this thread is about Nintendont to GBArunner2 connectivity.
