Hey guys,

I recently just started using Friend Codes with my M3 Perfect Adapter, games such as Mario Kart and Clubhouse Games... and in Mario Kart when I add the Friend Code and go to the WFC my friend doesn't appear in my Friends List even though I have the blue man icon indicating someone is Online. When we're both in the Friends room we still can't connect to each other. We even tried going to the Global Room and we will both simply get disconnected. She is using an M3 Lite.

Same goes for Clubhouse games, my friend will create a room and when I go into her room I'll get disconnected from the service. She comes up as Online, I go into the room and bam, says there was a connection error.

Just wondering if it's issues because of the adapter and if it is how I can resolve this?

Sorry if this is a n00b question. I've actually had my M3 for a while, just never bothered using the WFC. And for further information I've been able to use WFC w. Pokemon Pearl to make trades over the GTS, but I've never bothered to try using Friend Codes or anything like that.

seems unlikely that the cause is related to your cart.
it could be a router problem... however i'm no expert.
lets see what others say.

Nah, I'm in Australia, she's in Canada. I can't imagine a router issue to be affecting us both. Thanks for the ideas though guys.

And this is what I mean that I think it's weird - we're both using different net connections and in different countries. But the thing is I was in Canada late last year and I'm the one who set up her M3 and everything with all the games. So maybe it was a user error somehow, but again, I can't imagine what it could be. 'cause if I create a room in Clubhouse Games she's not able to get in. It just doesn't make any sense...

my school has a chrome extension called light speed filter agent and it legit blocks YouTube pfps since the file cdn(I think aka yt3.ggpht.com) is classed as mature

alot of yt to mp3 sites are blocked by light speed for "Security"

It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
