Misc Nintendo unlinking nnid from o3ds with cfw

my 3ds with cfw was stolen awhile back and it still has my nnid on it. I was Wondering if there's any risk in getting Nintendo to remotely unlink it and put it on my new 3ds which also has cfw.

There should not be. What method did ya use to put cfw on the console? The only thing they could say is yes or no.
