Nintendo UK Customer Service Number

    Does anyone know wht is the Nintendo UK SC number?

    Coz my White DSL hinges and L button broke off for no reason.

    It not been dropped and i have take very good care of it

    Do u think Nintendo will fix it free of charge?

    Do you know wht the customer service number coz i was going to Nintendo Site but they are down at moment

    Guess how long i need to wait for a CS to answer my call

    25mins 15sec

    Shit if i call 0870 it will cost me lot of money

    *also is require a proof of purchase but my receipt ink had fade out completely. wht should i do?

    thats why you call geographical =p

    but hmm, you probably do need your receipt =/ where did you buy it from? I know if you bought it from game using a loyalty card, they will replace it in store for you straight away. they can look it up at customer services.

    I did went to Game with Loyalty card but the manger said i need to contact Nintendo Directly coz they only can exchange within 14days or death pixel. I Purchased when is first released.

    Clearly he needs appraising of the law - your contract was with Game to supply it, your contract for warranty support remains with Game until it expires (eg. at the end of 12 months). Ask him if he knows the number for local trading standards.

    Amazing how many pricks work in retail that don't know where they stand in law.

    Give Trading Standards a call anyway - they're usually up for a laugh [​IMG]
