Message: <blockquote data-quote="Spider_Man" data-source="post: 10457615" data-attributes="member: 554449">If only nintendo put as much efforts into making consoles that are actually next generation hardware than they do hunting down emulators and fan made content.Nintendo seem to buy out the judges to alter laws to suit nintendo.The hate towards emulators and finding or creating loopholes to sue is ridiculous, its focus should be on prevention of piracy such as making a better effort on the game carts and or even hardware revisions.I loved their excuse of hardware revisions forced upon them to block the RCM exploit be it an actual feature Nintendo knew of and had on the console prior to its launch, its so called Switch Lite, had nothing to do with patching the exploit, because it remained.The lite model was a guarantee having seen how many times nintendo keep rehashing the same shit over and over.They simply hate the FACT that these emulators show how much better you can experience and play games by simply using community content, that its this content created by others for free that makes improvements that even Nintendo cant be bothered to do, yet its Nintendo that are scalping money off its customers.Plus they need to shut these down so when they launch their next pile of crap (likely copying off the likes of tyr Steam Deck with subpar PS4/XBX1 hardware) so they can show off Breath of the Shite ported over and recycled with low RayTracing support - which is nothing to get excited about.We have already many mods and upgrades without having to waste money buying Nintendo's next shitgen console and to what.See nintendo port over even more of its older games that they keep recycling over and over and WOW, every single third party title we already have or have played over the last two decades or so.Intentionally recycling old hardware to prevent their promise of "better third party support", so these third parties cant support the console with their current new AAA titles.Nintendo dictate what YOU WILL play ON ITS CONSOLE, it WILL NOT allow COMPETITION against THEIR OWN TITLES.And to do this, simply refuse to innovate your consoles, refuse to provide hardware that is future proof or at least forsee the consoles lifetime so it can allow the advances we see in games.</blockquote>
