In Windows, right click on the SD card and make sure it says FAT32, just to make sure it worked correctly. The 32GB card should be FAT32 by default. Try dragging a clean copy of atmosphere on the 32GB and nothing else (besides maybe Hekate if you use it) and see if it boots.

If your switch was working fine before updating, I highly doubt it's a problem with your SD card reader unless when you took the SD card out to update atmosphere you were extremely rough with it or something

once your card is formated to FAT32 ;

copy only the nintendo folder on your sd card (this is your games)

download latest Hekate + Nyx , put the files on your card , *do not use your old files*

download latest atmosphere + fusee-primary + Sig patches , put files on your SD card .*do not use your old files*

put card in switch

hold power button for 30+ sec until black screen , 30 sec is overkill just in case .

boot RCM with the Jig (hold volume up with Jig and press power )

Push Hekate bin file , then boot fusee primary .

when i start hekate it says to me this:

SD Card Issues Check

Your SD Card is initialized in 1-bit mode!
This might mean detached or broken connector!

You might want to check

Console Info -> SD Card

does it matter? And, if this matter, how i fix it?

It will make reading files from your SD card super slow. As your second question, Hekate tells you how to address the issue.
