sorry to bump this thread again but i found a less expensive variant of sandisk

https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B08HCPTMJG/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=A3BCA86UUVV4OB&psc=1

Will be the speed of this one fast enough for switch or I will have problems? Official site say transfer speed between 70-95 mb/s

Amazon for a reason do not send the product and told me after 2 weeks that the product was out of stock even though when ordered it was quite on stock.
I'm using 200gb version and it's good, i think it's on pair with Switch micro SD slot speed, buying anything faster is overpower for Switch.

Also it was around 25€ for 200 GB, 230€ for 1TB is to expensive to me.

I want to purchase a 1TB SD card (as the title points out):

I am between two:

Sandisk Extreme

https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B07P9W5HJV

And

Sandisk Pro

https://www.amazon.de/-/en/SDSQXCZ-1T00-GN6MA-SanDisk-Extreme/dp/B07RKL6PK9
It all compatible with Nintendo Switch? And which one to prefer?
I have the 1TB sandisk Ultra micro only issue is it's too damn thick for the switch tbh.. so beware when you buy it may end up seeing those models are also too thick

If your switch is hackable you really should format your sd in hekate, its the best way to prepare it
I don't temper with hacking devices until they are "old", to create my own backups and keep them inside my switch until unavoidable device death. So now no (even my device is always the latest firmware), but later sure.

I don't know what you bought but my Sandisk has little to no difference in size from my 512GB one

strange I purchased San Disk Ultra 1TB microSD XC from amazon the agent told me the extreme, pro models are all the same size as ultra.. so yes a little thicker than the 256gb model

Nintendo recommends a transfer speed of 60 - 95 MB/sec, and from my experience, having benchmarked several sd cards with Hekate, anything with read/write speeds over 100 MB/s won't make any difference and buying anything faster than that is just a waste of money if you intend to ever use it on your Switch only.
