Nintendo reveals LEGO Luigi starter course playset

Finally joining his brother in the world of LEGO is LEGO Luigi himself. Nintendo officially announced that a LEGO Luigi starter course would be releasing later this year, to go with the LEGO Super Mario set that came out last year. Available for purchase for $59.99 this August, Luigi's set comes with enough parts to build a level, along with a Pink Yoshi and Boom Boom. Just like Mario, he makes sounds and reactions based on what LEGO pieces he's interacting with, and can be used alongside Mario for co-op LEGO fun.

It’s LEGO Luigi time! He’s here to join the adventure, in the LEGO Super Mario Adventures with Luigi Starter Course! Meet up with Pink Yoshi, defeat iconic enemies like Boom Boom, complete spinning seesaw and flying challenges, and collect digital coins all throughout the level. Pre-order today!

So at what point are we going to come full circle and get a LEGO Super Mario Bros game?
First, each character will have their own game. Toad, Peach, Shy Guy, Yoshi, Metal Mario, Tanooki Mario, Baby Peach, blah, blah, then there will be a compilation with every character. This will maximize revenue and profits to protect N from extinction. The LEGO Super Mario Borthers game will be a 10 year, limited-run pack that you can purchase for $69.69. Better hurry though, this will sell out!

A lego game from telltale games would be epic.

No? They're still working on a Lego game that they just delayed. Shutting down after being so successful would just be a stupid thing to do.
