Fair enough. I just think it's very likely that if they're going to do full parity with smartphones through 3.5mm and bluetooth, the parity will be there in regard to using those features as well.

If they don't support voice chat from the switch directly at first, I'm almost positive it will be added in the future due to backlash from the community.

Either way it'll still require the smartphone app, but I expect that will be far more streamlined and user-friendly than people think. If your BT headset is already synced to Switch or your smartphone, just a couple taps to join a voice chat channel.
