Nintendo registers 'Wii Sports U', 'WiiUWare'

    Nintendo has registered a number of Wii U related domain names, which, if we're honest, consist of a bunch of Wii stuff you probably won't be overly excited to see with 'U' stuck on the end.

    This seems more like a case of 'get it all before someone else does' as opposed to any sort of indication that these products are in development. Though we wouldn't be surprised to see a few of these cropping up regardless...

    The list includes New Super Mario Bros Mii, which Nintendo showed off at E3 last week, Super Mario Bros U, Wii Balance Board U and Wii Music U.

    Loads of those things are just stupid shit they won't use.. i actually what wiiuni is though..

    They do that just in case so that if they actually develop one of those games, the domain is not being used.
