Nintendo Power to reveal new Mario game

Nintendo Power have informed their readers that they are set to provide the world exclusive reveal of a new Mario title for the Nintendo Wii.

The text can be found in the current issue of Nintendo Power and was accompanied by a large image of Mario. Speculation is rife, with the majority believing it will be another addition to the popular Mario Party series.

That is more of a double-edged sword. Awesome, yet probably annoying after a while. Pokemon Snap was awesome back then, since there were A LOT less Pokemon.

I'm definitely going with Mario Party 9 (that was what was next right? lost track of them). I think that's what GoNintendo was speculating. I really doubt it's Luigi's Mansion 2, otherwise they'd use Luigi as the character on the end page of last issue. Maybe a new Mario Party with Motion Plus or something. I don't think there has been a native Wii Mario Party yet, from what i heard, 8 was originally on Gamecube and quick ported over.
