Nintendo Power is usually about a month or two ahead.
    I don't really don't know why though.
And I'm sure that if you look the november one is somewhere on this site.

Probably because it's released every four weeks, instead of monthly. A lot of magazines do this.

Nintendo Power is being really biased lately.. but anyway..

How can a game with that name be bad!???

"Just" an 8 for Castlevania? How much did the first 2 get?

It's a little depressing to see there is nothing that good on the Nintendo side for this holiday, while the PS3/360 are getting a LOT of excellent games in the coming months... Well, I'm glad I got a 360, but still...

Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruin bot got 9/10's from Nintendo Power. You can view the scores on Gamerankings, but not the reviews themselves.

Who gives a crap what NP says? They're pretty weird sometimes and I'd not trust them until more reviews come out.

And there's TONS of great games for Nintendo platforms.

As long as Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia does not disappoint, all is well in the world. Also, how did any sane person dare believe a game such as Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ would qualify as "good"? The Spectrobes score shocks me a bit, but then again, I'm not a fan of the whole monster battle genre. The one score that has me a little concerned is Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff. I am really looking forward to this one.

Spectrobes is pretty decent. It's not perfect, but it might surprise you. At any rate, it's a clear step up from the first one! [IMG]

And I'm pretty certain CockroachMan was just being sarcastic. But that game title is hilarious!

I'm pretty shocked that Lego Batman for DS got a slightly higher rating than the Wii version. I've not played it yet because I'm a bit burned out on the Lego (insert title here) games for now. I liked the Lego Star Wars Complete Saga DS game due to how close it was to the console version, but rather disliked how Lego Indy DS was a totally different game. Is Lego Batman DS very close to the console version?

How much did Ubisoft pay for that Brothers In Arms score? Awful game.

Shaun the sheep, a mere 4.0

Thats not really anything to do with sales, they just put games in there that they think will sell and even if it was down to sales its more to do with the fact that children like Shaun the Sheep than its overall quality.

Its a shame they only promote the games that don't need promoting.

In all honesty, I'd rather have Nintendo not be so quick with NP. This should be the November issue.

Seriously. Anybody who gives puzzle quest less than a 5/10 can kiss my ass.

I never listen to Nintendo Power reviews. IGN is more reliable to me. (Though they gave the Touch Detective games really low scores. Dummies.)

I have high hopes for SPRay, and am going to get it today regardless of what Nintendo Power says.
