Nintendo now co-owns Fatal Frame

Reports are coming in that Nintendo now owns all the rights to the Spirit Camera IP and co-owns the Fatal Frame IP with Tecmo Koei.

Nintendo now owns the publishing rights, which means that any new addition to the franchise will be on Nintendo's consoles and handhelds.

only the 3rd game was a ps2 exclusive, it didnt sell as great outside japan and didnt become as well known as other horror games

The gamepad would certainly be an excellent Camera Obscura. But I still hope Spirit Camera at least gets a better sequel, or an expansion via DLC.
